  • All tags must be attached. 
  • The item should ideally be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage. 
  1. For Accessories: 
  • Make sure the item is returned in its original packaging. 
  • All tags and original packaging (such as boxes or dust bags) must be intact. 
  • The item should ideally be unused and in its original, undamaged condition. 

Return Process Guidelines 
 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department. Provide your order number and detailed information about your request, along with any relevant documentation to support your claim. Additionally, please include your contact information for further clarification if necessary. Remember, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, including packaging and attached tags. 
 

Refund Disbursement 
 

In most cases, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. 
 

Partial Refunds 
 

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds for items returned with minor damages or missing accessories, subject to assessment. 
 

Shipping Costs 
 

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. In the event of a return, shipping costs will also be covered by us, unless the return is due to customer misuse or damage 

 

Refund Exemptions 
 

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations: 
 

  1. For Clothing: 
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are non-refundable. 
  • Clothing items returned without the original tags or packaging will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary for inspection (such as stains, odors, or alterations) are exempt from refunds. 
  1. For Accessories: 
  • Accessories that have been used or damaged (e.g., jewelry with scratches, handbags with marks) will not be refunded. 
  • Items that are returned without their original packaging, dust bags, or tags will not qualify for a refund. 
  • Custom or personalized accessories can only be refunded if they arrive damaged or with incorrect packaging. 

Any exceptions to these policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
